SENDING AD MATERIAL
We can take ad material in a variety of ways. If the ad is all type, we can take it via fax, email or regular mail. For an ad file or graphic transmission, we routinely receive ad data as email attachments. The favored form is JPEG, TIFF or PDF. We do not recommend sending ads with the .pub suffix (made by Publisher software). It is preferable to send larger electronic files than smaller. We can downsize if necessary, but if we begin with a file that is too small, it may not have enough data stored in it for good reproduction. If you have a question about sending complete ads or ad material, don’t hesitate to call or email.
AD DEADLINES
The ad deadline is the 10th of the month preceeding the issue date. For example, the ad deadline for the April issue is March 10 and the deadline for the February-March issue is January 10.
FREQUENCY
PA OUTDOOR JOURNAL is published 10 times a year. December-January and February-March issues are double, covering the 2 months on the cover. All other months are published monthly.
CIRCULATION & DISTRIBUTION
Our circulation is now 30,000 copies each month. PA OUTDOOR JOURNAL. has been steadily growing through the years. We expect this circulation expansion to continue.
Distribution is throughout the state of Pennsylvania. We distribute the last week of the preceding month. For example, the May issue is distributed the last week of April.
